Recently, we had the pleasure of designing an extraordinary cake that brought a castle to life with a vibrant twist.

The Foundation: A Castle in Acabado Grey Colour
The base of this cake is a castle-themed wonder, meticulously crafted with Acabado Fondante dyed in Acabado grey colour. The attention to detail in the stone-like texture and the intricate architectural elements make it look like a miniature fortress from a fairy tale. Acabado grey gives the castle a realistic and regal appearance, setting the perfect stage for the wonders above.
A Pop of Colour: The Lemon Yellow Tier Rising from the sturdy castle base is a six-inch tier of Acabado lemon yellow fondant cake. This bright and cheerful layer contrasts beautifully with the grey castle, adding a burst of colour and joy. Crowning this tier is a Fondante truck topper in a vivid Acabado Orange hue, which carries an array of delightful figurines, making it the highlight of the cake. This playful truck and its passengers bring a sense of fun and adventure, fitting perfectly atop our castle.
The Delightful Figurines
No themed cake is complete without adorable figurines, and this cake does not disappoint. Scattered around the castle and the lemon-yellow tier are charming Acabado fondant characters, including giraffes, monkeys, elephants, and teddy bears. Each figurine is coloured with a variety of Acabado hues, bringing a spectrum of colours to life. These little characters add personality and charm, making the cake a delight for kids and adults alike.
A Moving Spectacle: The Train
One of the most unique features of this cake is the hollow space at the base, designed to allow a miniature train to move around it. This interactive element adds a layer of magic and surprise, enchanting guests as they watch the train chug around the castle.
